Building sites that load fast and stay maintainable.
Everything here is about the part of a website that decides whether it works: how fast it loads, whether it stays maintainable after launch, and whether the thing holding it together is code somebody can read or a page builder nobody can.
Most of these pieces exist because the same conversation keeps happening. Somebody inherits a site that takes nine seconds to load on a phone, and the problem turns out to be one photograph and a plugin nobody can remove without breaking the layout. That is not a design problem and it does not get fixed by a redesign.
