West Palm Beach, Florida

Judge me by this website

I design, build and rank websites for small businesses from Miami to Orlando. Every page here was written by hand. Nothing was assembled from a template, and nothing is holding the layout together except code I wrote. Scroll down and check the numbers yourself.

Est. 2016 One senior operator No account managers

Most small business websites were built once, cheaply, and then left alone for eight years.

They load slowly. They do not rank. The owner has no idea why, and the person who built it stopped answering email in 2019. That is the entire market I work in.

Palm Projects is one senior person doing the work. There is no account manager sitting between you and the build, and no junior handoff after the contract is signed. You talk to the person writing the code and running the search strategy, because they are the same person.

I am not the cheapest option in South Florida and I am not trying to be. What I am is the person who will still be here in three years when the site needs to grow.

What I do

Eight disciplines, one system

They are sold separately everywhere else. They only work together, which is why one person running all of them beats five vendors running one each.

How the work runs

Five stages, in this order

Stage 01

Teardown

I audit what you have now: rankings, speed, crawl errors, what your competitors are doing that you are not. You get the findings whether or not you hire me.

Stage 02

Architecture

Sitemap, URL structure, keyword map, and the internal linking plan. This is where most projects are won or lost, and it happens before a single pixel is drawn.

Stage 03

Design

A real working page you can scroll on your phone, not a flat mockup. You approve the direction before anything gets built out across the rest of the site.

Stage 04

Build

Hand written theme, schema, forms, analytics, staging review. Then launch, with the DNS cutover scheduled so your email never goes down for a second.

Stage 05

Compound

Content, links and technical fixes on a monthly cadence. Search results are not a launch, they are an accumulation, and month nine looks nothing like month two.

iOS development

Writing the app is the easy part

Plenty of people can build you an iOS app. Far fewer can get it through review, keep it compliant, and support it once real users are in it. The code is maybe a fifth of the job. Palm Projects handles the rest of the chain.

  • 01 Native Swift and SwiftUI. Not a wrapped website in a shell.
  • 02 App Store review. Guideline compliance before submission, not after a rejection.
  • 03 Privacy nutrition labels. Accurate ones, matched to what the app actually collects.
  • 04 A privacy policy at a live URL. Apple requires one. It has to stay up.
  • 05 Support documentation. Hosted, searchable, and updated with each release.
  • 06 App Store Optimization. The listing is a search result. It gets treated like one.
  • 07 Analytics and crash reporting. Wired up before launch, not bolted on later.
  • 08 An update cadence. Apps that stop shipping updates stop ranking.
