Miami to Orlando, and everything between

Based in West Palm Beach. These are the markets I work in most, and each one behaves differently enough that treating them as one region is how campaigns underperform.

West Palm Beach

Home base. Professional services, marine, hospitality and trades, in a market where a lot of competitors are still running sites built a decade ago.

Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter

Higher income households and a lot of seasonal search behavior, which changes what is worth bidding on and when.

Boca Raton & Delray Beach

The most competitive organic market in the county for professional services. Winning here takes technical work, not just content volume.

Fort Lauderdale & Broward

Dense, competitive, and full of businesses paying for ads on landing pages that were never built to convert.

Miami & Miami-Dade

Bilingual search matters here in a way it does not further north, and most local SEO packages ignore it entirely.

Stuart & Port St. Lucie

Less saturated than the south end of the coast. Often the fastest place to earn a first page position.

Orlando

A different market with a different competitive set. Worth targeting deliberately rather than assuming South Florida work carries north.

Worth saying plainly

No storefront, no map pack

Palm Projects operates without a public office address, so it does not appear in the Google map pack. That is a deliberate choice and it is stated here rather than hidden.

It is also a useful illustration of something I will tell you about your own business: the map pack requires a verifiable address, and no amount of optimization substitutes for one. Plenty of service businesses get most of their search leads from organic results without ever appearing on the map. Knowing which of those two you are chasing changes where the money should go.
